Policies & Shipping

Order Policy

All orders are final once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout, as we do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been submitted.

Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order to be processed and shipped out. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on next business day.

Shipping Policy

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

Novaz Kreationz LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Pickup Policy

  • Pickups are located in Kapolei, Oʻahu.
  • Please allow at least 24 hours to be notified with pickup orders
  • Customers will be notified via email or text when their order is ready for pickup
  • Pickup days are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
  • No pickups are available on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders must be picked up within one (1) week of the notification date.
  • Orders not picked up within one week may be cancelled, unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed upon in advance.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need additional time or need to coordinate a pickup.

Return  & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery at novazcustomz@gmail.com with your order number and photo so we an assist you.
